  6. You accept that state and local laws may require that your counsellor reports all cases in which there exists a danger to self or others.

The Oak Centre does not accept any liability or responsibility for any loss, damage and/or injury suffered nor for any action or inaction by you as a result of the counselling provided.

Accordingly, The Oak Centre shall not be held liable for any damages incurred as a consequence of such security risks or for any related acts of omission on the part of The Oak Centre.
