- You accept that state and local laws may require that your counsellor reports all cases in which there exists a danger to self or others.
- Any decision made and/or action taken by you as a consequence of counselling provided is wholly at your choice and is and remains solely your responsibility. The Oak Centre does not accept any liability or responsibility for any loss, damage and/or injury suffered nor for any action or inaction by you as a result of the counselling provided.
- There are inherent security risks in transmitting data, such as emails via the Internet because it is not possible to safeguard completely against unauthorized access by third parties. Accordingly, The Oak Centre shall not be held liable for any damages incurred as a consequence of such security risks or for any related acts of omission on the part of The Oak Centre.
